1. Preliminary Estimates Disclaimer
All generation numbers, capacity suggestions, and bill savings produced by the website calculator are preliminary estimates based on typical Rayalaseema solar irradiance conditions and standard slab assumptions. Final system design, exact generation projections, and formal quotations depend strictly on physical site measurements, rooftop orientation, obstacle shadows, and utility feasibility verification.
2. Component Guarantees & Warranties
Manufacturer product and performance warranties (including Adani Solar PV modules, Polycab inverters, and Havells switchgear) are backed by the respective original equipment manufacturers. Dream House Technician hands over the official manufacturer warranty cards and technical test certificates upon final project commissioning.
3. DISCOM Net-Metering & Permissions
While Dream House Technician assists and coordinates the full net-metering application process, official feasibility sanction and installation of the bi-directional net meter remain under the statutory purview of the local electricity distribution company (AP DISCOM).
4. Applicable Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal inquiries arising from contracts or services provided by Dream House Technician shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kadiri / Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh.
